Packhouse

From field to packhouse. One unbroken record.

Farmable connects field operations to packhouse intake. Harvest labels, bin tracking, and traceability data flow from the orchard to the packing line, without re-keying anything.

The data exists. It just doesn't travel.

Growers know what was sprayed, when it was harvested, and which field it came from. Packhouses need exactly that information for traceability, buyer compliance, and audit records. The problem is the gap in between, paper dockets, manual re-entry, and records that live in different systems.

The old way
  • Paper bin dockets
  • Harvest records in one app, packhouse intake in another
  • Spray records somewhere else entirely
  • At audit time: three systems, three exports, one headache
Farmable
With Farmable
  • Harvest labels printed from the app: crop, field, variety, date visible.
  • Packhouse scans the label. Detailed record instantly accessible.
  • Production records update in real-time.
Harvest labels

Print the label in the orchard. Scan it in the packhouse.

Farmable generates harvest labels directly from the app. Each label carries the field name and location, crop variety, harvest date and time, quality, lot or bin number, and volume. Print from a Bluetooth label printer in the field. No laptop needed.
