A Plant Protection Product (PPP) is any pesticide, fungicide, herbicide, biocide, or biological control product used to protect crops. Every product approved for use on food crops carries a registration number issued by a national authority.
A Plant Protection Product List (PPPL) is an official register of approved products. It's often defined at the country level, but it can also be set by a specific certification scheme or a retailer's compliance program. In Farmable, the relevant PPPL is built into the spray module so you always pick from approved products with the correct registration number, ingredients, and label data attached.
